Correction! Further testing gave a possible solution.

I sent a PM to a user. Told them not to read it. It showed they had a message from me. I deleted the message from my folder, it still showed as they had a message.

When they got the message and replied. It never showed back to me.

So I think if you delete a message, it removes you from the threading (the way it keeps messages now), so you never get the reply.

They may have been what was happening with some of them. I know UTVols2 said he sent me like 5 in a row, I only received 1. He may have been deleting them too.

I always delete mine!

On the old forum, deleting them had no affect, because you didn't have a threaded reply, you just got a reply from someone.
